Can I leave my luggages before check-in or after check-out ?
Yes, you can leave your luggages during reception hours (10:00-21:00).
I will be checking-in after 21:00. Is that okay ?
Yes, check-in at the reception is from 15:00 to 21:00,
and Self check-in is after 21:00.
For guests who checking-in after 21:00, we will inform you of the key pickup and check-in procedure once your room is confirmed.
※ Check-in procedures will be conducted at the reception after 10:00 the following day. If you haven't paid yet, please pay when you check-in procedure.
Do you have washing machines ?
Yes, two washing machines and one dryer are available on the first floor.
Can I dry clothes in my room ?
All room is equipped with a bath dehumidifier,
and we also have more hangers available for free at the reception.
Do you provide a baby crib (bed) ?
Unfortunately, there are no cribs available.
Are there refrigerators in each room ? And is the size of the refrigerator the same ?
All rooms have a refrigerator, but the size varies depending on the room type.

Is there Wi-Fi in each room ?
Yes, each room has its own Wi-Fi.
 Please check the house manual in your room for the Wi-Fi ID and password.
Is there a TV in each room ?
Yes, all rooms have a TV.
Can I pick up my luggage at your accommodation ?
Yes, during reception hours (10:00-21:00).
※ We do not accept parcels with cash on delivery, refrigerated items, frozen items, or valuables.
Is there a parking lot in your accommodation ?
There is no parking lot. Please use coin-operated parking nearby.
Nearby coin-operated parking is 1500 yen to 2000 yen maximum per day.
Can I park my bicycle or motorcycle ?
Bicycle or motorcycle parking available (Please inquire at the reception).
Do you have cooking utensils ?
We have pans, plates, cutting boards, knives, chopsticks, forks, spoons, glasses, etc.
These items available for free.
Please check at the reception when you check-in.
Do you have any seasonings ?
Yes. We have some, but seasonings are shared by everyone,
so please check at the reception when you check-in.
Do you have rice cookers ?
Yes. We have a few.
Please ask the reception when you check-in.
Can I pay at your accommodation ?
Local payment is available. We accept cash, credit card, PayPay, etc.
Is it possible to extend my stay ?
Please contact the reception directly if you wish to extend your stay.
Do you allow smoking on property ? In the rooms ?
All rooms are non-smoking, including balconies and common areas.
There is a smoking area outside of our accommodation.
※ If smoking is found in your room, you may be charged for repairs.
Do you have a shuttle service from Haneda Airport ?
Unfortunately, We do not provide transportation from Haneda Airport to our accommodation.
Please use public transportation or cab.
Do you have any loungewear ?
Unfortunately, We do not provide loungewear. Please bring your own.
Will there be an additional charge ?
There is no charge other than the room charge.
※ Additional charges will be incurred in the following cases.
Early check-in, Late check-out, Extending stay, Damage to facilities
Do you make my bed everyday ?
We do not clean your room during your stay.
Vacuum cleaners are available in the laundry room, so please use it when you need.
Can I get new towels or amenities ?
Yes. Please ask the front desk if you would like new towels or amenities.
Where is the nearest bus stop ?
The nearest bus stop is Naka-kojiya. 1 minute by walk.
Where is the nearest station ?
The nearest station is Otorii on the Keikyu Line. 13 minute by walk.
Does your accommodation allow pets?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed to stay at our accommodation.
Is it OK to bring in and use electronic cooking devices such as cassette stoves ?
No cassette stoves, electronic cookers, etc. other than those provided are allowed.
Can I make a reservation for only one night ?
We accept a minimum stay of 2 nights.
Can I send luggages from Universal Haneda?
We do not handle the shipping of parcels such as courier services.
Please check with Sagawa Express or a convenience store.
Handling of Lost and Found Items
Lost and found items will be kept for 3 months after departure.
(Food, beverages, perishables, newspapers, magazines, etc. will be disposed of.)
For the protection of your personal information, we will not contact you regarding lost items, regardless of the type.
In the event that a guest requests that we keep his/her lost property, we will do so as follows

1. Upon arrival at the hotel, the lost property must be picked up at the front desk (in principle, by the person).
2. The lost property must be sent to the designated address by cash on delivery (within Japan only). (No overseas shipment is accepted.)
Are guests under the age of 18 allowed to stay at the hotel?
We do not allow persons under 18 years of age to stay alone.
